Seasonal opportunity for 1st Mate on James Cook

OYT North requires a mate for the 20m ketch James Cook between March and November 2012.  The vessel operates in the North Sea based in North Shields.

OYT North has operated as an independent educational charity for 11 years and works with young people from all backgrounds offering them the opportunity for personal development through challenge and adventure under sail.

While sailing experience up to RYA Coastal Skipper standard is necessary it is equally important that you are able to engage with young people and our volunteer staff - motivating them and leading by example.

The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced CRB Disclosure.
